Excellent product, great ABBA songs at faster pace, if you like exercising and ABBA this is a perfect combination. Or even if you simply like listening to ABBA, this cd will lift you up!

Cardio Pluse-Pumped Up Cardio Grooves is great to listen to while on the treadmill or walking outdoors. I normally walk at 3 mph on the treadmill. This motivated me to walk at 3.5 mph. Purchased an extra CD for my walking partner. We both love it!
