The BODYMINDER is the ultimate physical fitness diary. With a focus on workouts, it can also be used to keep track of any and all other exercise.

Each day consists of two pages with an organized, easy-to-use layout for recording workout details…from equipment & settings, to reps & sets, to difficulty level, to heart rate, to muscle groups, and more. There is also space for listing the details of other (non-gym) exercise…from walking the dog, to playing a sport, to dancing up a storm! In addition, each day’s meals can be recorded as well as any vitamins or supplements taken.

The 224-page book is spiral bound with a durable leatherette cover. There are 91 days’ worth of daily records and thirteen Weekly Schedule forms to help you keep on track. Other sections include food counts on over 100 common foods, heart and blood pressure range charts, progress charts, personal game scores, fitness expenses, and more. In the back there is a vinyl pocket for holding photos, notes, cards, etc.

The BODYMINDER is compatible with virtually all popular exercise and fitness plans and can, indeed, be your key to reaching and maintaining your fitness goals. more info

This log has room for cardio, weights and food. Good way to track my eating habits without a separate book. I train for triathlons and for general fitness and it suits my needs. Good price, too.

This journal has plenty of room to list exercises, food intake, vitamin supplements, water and general comments. I will probably buy another one when this one is full.

when you see what you’ve done you’ll know where your going, this journal will help you on your weightloss journey and knowing you have to write it down will curb your eating way too many calories per meal. Write it down!!!

The BodyMinder has it all. I need to keep track of the most important dietary numbers – a well as physical activity. This is the best all-around diary for this purpose I’ve discovered. I only wish it had a full year’s worth of pages for the money.

As a personal trainer and a serious health enthusiast, it’s important to track progress. It’s also important to have a record of both your progress and what you’ve done that works (and doesn’t) for future reference. This is a GREAT way to keep it together. Not everyone will use every page, but it’s worth the cost and certainly helps keep things moving.

This book is awesome and so is the service from Amazon. I ordered it and received it in just a couple of days. Thank you so much.

Great book but I won’t be doing 4 sets every day so a lot of wasted recording space for me. I bought diet minder also and prefer that book for entering info. I really think one book would be effective for both – I tend to leave one book on the kitchen counter and one in my gym bag and when I’m on the go , I wish I had remembered the one on the kitchen counter.

Perfect Workout Tracking Book For Me!

Great book, perfect for my workouts. I like the ability to track many items each day (with room to write notes and add to it throughout the day).

I can’t imagine a better way to log workouts, meals, supplements and activities – so glad I purchased it!

I have searched for the right journal (for too long) that was made just for me. One that didn’t have unnecessary info, useless pages or crazy spaces for inputs like “Five servings of Pasta/Bread?”… Finally I found the BodyMinder. It’s simple, straight-forward and has exactly what I need! I’m on my third journal now and won’t ever use a different one!

I just received this today. I do believe it’s my new favorite thing! I’ve meticulously recorded every step of my weight loss journey with spreadsheets and software. I’m so thrilled that I now have this. There’s TONS of space for recording EVERYTHING! My handwriting’s quite large, so I was a little concerned about space. No problem here. Also, there’s so much room for recording food that a separate food log seems unnecessary. I’m tempted to order another one right now!

My friend who is a personal trainer bought one of these for me to track my workouts and I liked it so much that I bought two more for myself and one for a gift for my workout partner!!! Definitely useful.

I have, apparently, the older edition of this book. It is an awesome way to track both workouts and diet. Very good for BFLers and all fitness enthusiasts. I really like how it breaks down reps and sets. Really like the notes section, reminders, water check offs etc. It is also a great size for my purse and my gym bag. I really like the plain, black cover. I get annoyed carrying around journals that SCREAM what they are for (the BLF journals are the worst for that!)- but that’s just me.

    Enjoy!

This is a very good journal. Side by side pages lets you track food intake as well as exercise. On limit is that there is only space for 4 sets of exercises. This can easily be overcome. Lots of room for tracking 6 meals. Also has a section to record gym membership information. This came in handy when I misplaced mine. The gym called to tell they had found it. There is a section for setting goals and a section for accomplishments. I think this is the best on the market and have bought several.
