The Y here just started offering TRX classes. I chose to get one for myself to use at home. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing the Y offer this as a CLASS (which are always full) and for myself, thinking a small outside the box, I’m excited to get going with this.

    What makes this workout “infamous”?

Infamous means having an exceedingly terrible reputation; disreputable; notorious.

Wouldn’t you want a FAMOUS workout?
