This is a sexy total body workout that can be done in a gym or at home. It is one weapon you will use to Tone, shape, sculpt and firm your body. It should be done every other day at the least. You better be getting some intense cardio in between these days.(like the video Stubborn Stout Loss Cardio) Pistols Horizontal pullups(use 2 chairs with a broomstick) pushups plank with arm reach 4 rounds/ 10 reps each for time. Use strict form and push yourself to do all of the moves full range of motion as quick as you can with minimal or no rest and time yourself. Beat your time everytime. Im going to recommend that you invest in a doorway pullup bar and some dumbells for future workouts
