***Join the Atkins Diet Video Facebook fan page -bit.ly *** In response to a comment insisting in order to be successful on the Atkins that you had to eat expensive Atkins food, I wanted to make this video. I deal with the topic of having to eat replacement meal shakes and bars in exchange for real food to be successful. Besides just simply being fake comments, I have been seeing more subscribers lately than ever, and my humble video and blog have been receiving more views than ever. (Here are the results from 2009 videos – www.network-admin.net There are still numerous people doing the diet and many starting on a daily basis, and while perhaps it might not be as “hip” or cool as 2004, people doing Atkins now have better access to more low carb recipes, better support sites, and better communal atmosphere than back in 2004. A lot of the naysayers criticisms have been addressed or proven fake since 2004 as well.
