    This product is terribly under-powered so that it takes forever to heat up and when it finally does, it just isn’t enough heat to have any therapeutic effect. The vibration function seems to work O.K. but without adequate heat, I really feel ripped off. Can I get my money back Amazon?

    This product arrived on time, but was not in its original packaging which made me wonder if it was a return or a blem. It works pretty well but sometimes cuts out for reasons I cannot determine. I have worn out two such pads and like the concept. I just don’t know about this one.

    After only nearly a year of consistent, but infrequent use, the massage part failed. It was an odd product, anyway, having to emplace in one direction and its massage was variable in output. Not recommended.

    This works so excellent.Not only does it heat to sooth but it also vibrates to massage.It works fantastic on achy muscles and sore backs.My mom has this one and I kept taking hers till I found it on amazon for so cheap and I had no excuse but to buy my own.We like it.

    This is a wonderful product especially for lower back pain and neck pain. I use mine daily and wouldn’t be without it. The price on Amazon was lower then I have paid before which was a nice surprise. It has a washable cover and is a must for your pain. Yoiu not only get heat but a 2 speed massager that eases stresses away along with any aches or pains. Fantastic value !!
