    I reckon she is in a fantastic shape! and these are excellent exercises for non professionals, just need to stretch well first.

    She is so terrible at all the exercises. I’m really out of shape but I have no problem whatsoever of doing those exercises up to 20 reps. I mean, she’s skinny and that’s fantastic… but what a chicken!

    Yes you are right- but he already stated that he was just trying to tone her today (in the first video) its pretty obvious she is skinny and just needs to tone up. But once again you are right these exercises are not for people who want to lose dramatic weight loss and want to see quick results. I personally like this guys training techniques for myself :D

    This guys techniques and coaching theories are flawed. The exercises he’s doing with these girls does nothing more then maintain. He needs to be doing more powerful full body movements. Ladies if you really want results you need to use weights.
