Natural Fitness 75cm Burst-Resistant Exercise Ball
This product did not come with the proper plug or pump so it could not be inflated. In addition there were no instructions or diagrams to show how to properly inflate the ball.

I like it. Bought one for my husband and myself towards the end of my pregnancy. Had our baby less than 2 weeks ago, so I’m not currently using mine, but hubby likes the workout he gets on his. I like how it makes you use right posture. Fantastic in front of the computer!

I followed the directions on this. letting it sit for 24hours. After pumping it up the next day with the accompanying hand pump (I’m a strong guy), it still is under 65cm. But, despite that, the height is pretty okay, while the firmness is solid.
Again, this is my new office chair. I’m 5’10 and it seems okay. Albeit a small disappointing that it didn’t get as huge as advertised. But that’s the only disappointment. Color is fantastic. Texture is fantastic. And I’m helping the earth, because according the box I just helped plant a tree.

I use this ball as my office chair. I was thinking I would switch off between my regular chair and the ball, but once I got on the ball, I haven’t switched back. Not even once. It’s fun to sit on a ball rather than a dull ancient chair. Plus, with a ball, you can bounce! I also do sit ups on it by pulling myself under my desk a couple times a day. It’s nice to have a tiny workout any time I want. If I’m bored with something or sleepy, I just do a few sit ups, or bounce and I’m alert again. I’ve found that the ball is also a fantastic way to crack my lower back – which feels fantastic.
Even though there is a professional version of this ball, the only difference I can see is that it didn’t come with a measuring tape like the ones my coworkers got with their professional balls. I also really like the texture of the material much better than the rubbery stuff some balls are made of. This one is also healthier for me and the earth- and the company plants a tree!
I would most certainly recommend it and would buy it again myself.
