The fitness ball I ordered back in February arrived about the third week of March; but, it appears to be as advertised and the shipper did sent it priority mail at no extra expense to me. I would recommend it.

Excellent product at a honest price.

The ball arrived on time and was not too hard to inflate. It seems tough enough for my 230 pounds.

Works as it should. The pump that comes with it is a small chintzy, but it gets the job done.

    Takes FOREVER to inflate

I still havent been able to use the product because im still trying to get it to inflate – been at it for over 30 minutes now. Pump is dreadful and flimsy – dont buy

    Just what I needed

I bought this as a replacement for my chair at work. Not only have I begun to feel the benefits, but it makes my day at the desk a small shorter because it’s really fun! But, it was a small smaller than I expected.

Excellent quality ball, but the pump is frustrating
    Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I bought this ball to do exercises prescribed by my chiropractor. The quality is very excellent–it’s sturdy and I don’t feel like I’m sitting on a balloon that’s about to pop. But, the foot pump is flimsy and annoying to use. I had much better luck with an electric pump designed for inflating mattresses.

This was given as a gift

This was bought for a gift but we also have this model at home. It works fantastic but my wife no longer uses it because our kids like it more than she does. Everytime they see it they want to bounce on it or play with it. This thing can do some serious hurt to you valuable though. lol

Excellent product for the price and fantastic customer service
    Rating:5 out of 5 stars
The ball itself is fantastic…the pump is a small plastic thing that does the job (barely), but I would buy a real pump. I had an issue with the first ball I bought (company sent the incorrect color) but it was quickly resolved. Their customer service dept. shipped a new one immediately and I simply returned the incorrect one.

    Exercise Ball

This ball is huge and feels soooo excellent when you lay back to get a excellent stretch. I bought this (the largest one) to help ease back pain and recovery from a c-section. It’s doing wonders in helping to get that stretch I need and makes sit ups a small simpler too. Also an added bonus is that it’s become a fantastic thing for baby and me… when he’s fussy we just bounce!

    Fantastic exercise ball

I like this ball. The pump is a bit flimsy, but it did the job. I only had to add a small air in it once after about 6 weeks use. I am 5’7″ and the ball fits me perfect. It is very simple once you get used to it and just flows along nicely with your body. I like the pearl white color.

    I would recommend this product.

Came discolored, without a plug and without instructions

The product came incomplete and the customer support consists of a voicemail. I left a message and wasn’t called back.

    Strong Exercise Ball

Very Sturdy!!! At first, I was frightened the ball would not be strong enough to support my weight. It even with stand the pressure of my kid playing with it. I would certainly buy this product again…if needed.

Everyone should own an exercise ball. We should get rid of chairs and sit on these babies instead. We would all have better posture, stronger bodies, and toner looks.

You can do push-ups, squats, lunges, and other bodyweight exercises on these equipments to increase the intensity and versatility of each workout. Try doing the exercises with just one hand or one leg for an even greater challenge.

If you reckon you are strong, give this a shot: Do elevated perfect push-ups on two exercise balls. Place your legs on a raised platform (higher than the exercise balls) and your hands on two separate exercise balls. Now down. Up.

Please don’t even reckon about the above exercise unless you are extremely fit. You will get injured if you don’t know what you are doing.

If you don’t feel the burn after 10 repetitions, you are doing the exercise incorrect. In all exercises, it is the eccentric part of the exercise that builds muscle. Do the exercise in a smooth, controlled fashion with a 3 concentric and 6 eccentric count. Squeeze at the peak of the motion to get that extra pump.

As in all exercises, make sure to keep your wrists straight and check your posture with these seven vital points: feet hips-width apart and pointed straight ahead; knees slightly bent; pelvis at perfect middle, as if you are sitting at a bar stool; stomach tight, but not flexed; chest straight and aligned on top of ribs; shoulders parallel to ribs; and neck straight on top of body.

    Very Strong And Usable

This ball is a fantastic value – it is strong and holds up well. The right amount of firmness is held for a long time with no loss in the ball.

A definate must if you are using a ball in your training.
