    @onetrashdancer Yes, it lowers her ceiling of success, but also raises her basement. She’d be fantastic for a movie like Witchblade, but the cheesy stuff she’s made a few bucks doing will prevent that. But she’s made some pretty excellent money with the cheese.

    I reckon that’s pretty much a concensus. She’d make me unemployed.

    @4BodyGoals Building even her kind of muscle, which is really only moderate, takes a lot of concerted effort. It’s not like you can just pick up a pair of dumbells, hit 3 sets of ten for a couple months and gain even her level of muscle. I’ve seen many women try to get to her size for a couple years of doing everything right and still not reach it. It’s just not that simple, but a lot of people reckon it is.
    Yoga is fantastic, fantastic way to keep balance, stability, flexiblity and general tone.

    @trulyheaven777 Thanks for your answer. Why do you laugh about it? I’m not over weight, so it wouldn’t be hard for me to build muscle. I plot on mixing these types of workouts with yoga and pilates.

    @trulyheaven777 These people also get themselves thrown on shows & subjects they know nothing about , just makes them look terrible ,not only her other’s also but if she was mine she wouldn’t have a chance to come up for air LOL LOL

    @onetrashdancer I know what you’re saying, I’m just not sure what I’d do if I had her ‘problem’. We’ve seen loads of people on the brink of really cashing in on their reality fame, and then flouder and get nothing from it.

    Yeah, there just isn’t much hotter than her.

    @trulyheaven777 Don’t get me incorrect she has a stunning face & body but works just to hard to be known if she would just let things unfold on there own instead of getting her face on every reality show out there . By the way saw her in my gym Golds in Smith town N.Y. she’s smoking .

    @FreedomGirl87 Of course not. I laugh every time I hear, “I don’t want to be that huge”. It’s not that simple to gain muscle size. There are a myriad of ab routines that will improve one’s stomach, and this one looks fine.

    How would i get toned abs like that, but not arms as huge as that? (too huge for my liking) I’m aiming for toned but slim, not ripped. I started Ballet and i want to keep dainty. I’m quite fit and my arms and legs are fine, but i do want a more toned stomach. Would her workouts give me arms like hers? Because i don’t like them.

    if someone needs to loose weight first change you diet plot, if you dont change your diet, no excercise can get you sixpack, or ripped abs.
    you got to avoid oily and sweet food.
    if you avoid theese food, you could loose so much pounds in two weeks even without doing excercise.
    eat lot of fiber food, so you wont feel hungry for some time, like Oat meal. drink skim milk, eat lot of fruits and drink lot of water.
    if you can jog for 30 min that would take you to your goal
