    @Speraful Higher reps for muscle gain/lower reps for strength gains. Burn outs help to gain new muscle as well.

    hey Brandon, in your other videos you tell us to make 10-12 reps, shouldn’t you make less reps if you want to gain muscles quick, or will they still come quick by making more reps?

    Hey man, before I watched the video I’ve been doing something very similar to this. I have time on my hands and I have been doing, only problem is I’m not very consistent because somedays I will do something different and I won’t do weights and H.I.I.T.. If I really wanna see results should I stay consistent and just do this everyday? I’m really trying to burn stout and I’m starting to get discouraged and I’m worried that this won’t workout for me.

    I’ve only got dunbells, ab king, and bench press, so im limited to the amount of exercises i can do, im really amped to get huge before summer, though gym is too expensive, so working out at home is my choice
