    @Camitwentyfive im not sure how many it would exactly burn but i got down from 115 lb to 105 lb though losing weight wasn’t my aim… i simply wanted to tone my body a bit more. i always did butt and thighs and sometimes belly workout for 3 or 4 times a week and it worked perfectly fine for me

    @dkaurNZ it toned my thighs and lost inches the thighs also. i felt it in my inner thigh mostly. but it worked the whole thigh

    I’ve probably been doing this for a month or so and I saw results. I do the thighs, core, and total body workout. Sometimes I do the butt one but rarley. Anyways, my thights are slimmer and look better and my stomach looks flat and nice. I like Bonnie’s videos. Thank you Bonnie!

    it really work for me!! but i combined it with jogging and her tummy video too and i’ve lost around 15 pounds

    i just wanted to question you
    i do all 4 of the bonnies pilates workout everyday, the thigh, butt, core and total body, as well as another butt exersize and another leg excersize everyday i also run on the treadmill/eliptical or stationary bike for 30 mintues daily.
    how long before i start seeing results if i do the 4 videos you posted everyday?
    and also will it make my butt niice and huge and round? lol

    @i8Milk i wasnt really untoned, but im a curvey size 12 (european size- dont know what that is in us size) and my husband commented that my jeans are looser on my thighs now and a lot firmer, as is my butt, but i am still curvey but a toned curvey; i feel way more confident and now wear skirts and shorts!! hope that helps! if you have the time, do this workout and the belly one, twice a day for 2 weeks and you will notice a massive difference; before breakfast and before dinner
