www.LeeHayward.com To watch the previous parts of my supplement review guide click on the links below Part 1: www.youtube.com Part 2: www.youtube.com Part 3: www.youtube.com Part 4: www.youtube.com In this 5th video I’m going to focus on some more advanced muscle building supplements that you can use to help maximize your training and nutritional program and speed up your gains in the gym. But I’d recommend that you check out and use all the products that I mentioned in my previous 4 videos. Laying the foundation of essential supplements and proper nutrition is critical before moving on to the more “advanced” muscle building and stout burning supplements that I cover here.

I wana try that extend know thanks for the vid Lee.
Is it not perilous for your heart, to be using soo much stimulants e.g NO Explode + Caffeine + Ephedrine ???
Lee ur a beast man
thank you so much for your videos man
what are you still doing awake Lee it’s 1:22 am here in calif. lol go to sleep
@zombiekicker really inmates in prisons eat all day from the food that they buy in the store they are only guaranteed one meal and it is not measured for nutrients??? plus they can’t even lift weights in most places now..
@loverboy10688
The basic supplements I mentioned in my first 4 video are ok for teenagers, but save these ones I mention here for when you are older and more advanced.
@zombiekicker
If you watch the video again I specifically say these are “Advanced Bodybuilding Supplements”. That means they are not meant for everyone. This video was only made due to numerous requests for my feedback about these products. I’m only giving my followers what they questioned for, which is my 2 cents worth. If you don’t like it, then I’m sorry.
@alex16guara
Well I haven’t tried shit before so I can’t really comment on that, but I agree that Horse Power isn’t the most pleasant tasting supplement, but it does work well.
@TNT905
You can still get ephedrine, it’s sold as a nasal decongestant.
@xyn3rgy
There is a lot of flack in the media about ephedrine, but the rumors don’t add up when you investigate the real world results. When used responsibly it’s a safe and effective stout burning supplement.
@Lebron23KING23James
Yes it helps increase blood flow and muscle pumps, but it’s not a protein supplement.
@blindmellonchittlen
I don’t have any affiliation with any supplement companies what so ever. I made these videos from literally dozens of e-mail and comment requests from my followers.
@Boxer702
Yep, going to the Mr. O in vegas next month, can’t wait!
@xtigerstripe
No, still meet your protein intake needs. The BCAA’s are extra.
@xtigerstripe
less protein cinsumption or would you still have to consume your daily macros for protein on top of the bcaa supplement.
thank you so much for covering bcaa’s. now when you said that bcaa’s replenish the amino acids already being broken down in your workouts, does that mean that you would still have to consume 1g of pro/bw for maintenance? lets say for example that i need to consume at least 200g protein for maintenance (200lb bodybuilder), would it be okay to consume lets say 180g and let bcaa cover the remainder 20g. cause the way i see it is protein contains amino acids but if you consume bcaa, does it lead to
Thanks for the video. Hey lee will you be at the olympia in my city las vegas??
Fuck these supps, just eat clean workout hard, save thousands of $ , I wouldnt be surprised if this guys getting paid by these companies
@zombiekicker No shit dude , you hit it on the nose, theres so much money to be made its only common sense , its all bullshit. Extra protein is all you need, maybe a cup of coffe before a workout.
Lee, it’s worth mentioning to your audience that BSN (makers of N.O. Xplode and Cellmass) is facing a stiff class-action lawsuit for fake advertisement (i.e., Muscle Volumizing Creatine Matrix (patent pending) CEM3 (creatine ethyl ester malate) does not exist in the supplement).
What’s more, various BSN products, such as N.O. Xplode contains a perilous pharmaceutical blood thinner similar to coumadin.
misc name cuzz? ima rep you lol
@UNDEADMANGUY
Yes brah, you misc haha
Cool haircut, Lee!
@knewok quick question. i was under the impression that ephedra was banned. I was told this and read that it got banned by the fda around 2005. Now i have since saw it at GNC but thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. Can you or lee clarify this.
