***Join the Atkins Diet Video Facebook fan page -bit.ly *** At the Muay Thai tournament where I was medic, I won half a case of XS Energy Drinks. They are 0 Sugar and 0 Carb. I am normally not an energy drink consumer, and I hadn’t consumed one for years prior to this case. With that in mind, how did I like this product?

@halqubai Check out my supplement video on taking diet pills. My suggestion is it would not be of value, but I have no knowledge of this particular diet pill though. I would never want to have to credit a pill for my success afterwords either.

Hi there.. Would taking Lipo-6 Black stout burner affect my weight loss? I am currently on Atkins Induction. and I do not crave sugar

@TayTayMiss There is a possibility with any added food that one might be sensitive to it. So could you? Sure, but that is one of the roles of OWL to progress through the rungs and see what new foods agree with you and which ones slow you down.

Have you (or anyone) noticed a slow in weight loss once adding in coconut, almond flour, and coconut flour into the plot? I have been on induction for a while, but I am weary of adding these things in for dread that I will get more cravings and stall weight loss. Thank you.

Hmmm. If it comes in a can its probably not excellent for you

@maryposa1978 I hear you. I keep threatening to return to my caffeine-free life, but I haven’t reach the bottom yet. :-)

I used to drink those back when I was addicted to caffeine and since I like my coffee VERY light I was using way too much heavy whipping cream a day hehe. I thought they tasted excellent. :) But now that I no longer NEED coffee or energy drinks or diet soda, I dont drink them :) Oh, and I reckon the other diet energy drinks are GROSS!

can u do a video review about the Double down from KFC both the fried and the grilled? and is the double down induction friendly?

  9. bowulf says:

@alkiller1992 The root beer one would be Induction-friendly. The berry one has juice concentrate in it, so it would not be Induction-friendly. Caffeine is a YMMV thing as it causes stalls in some people. Would I recommend them? No, but if you can still lose, you can have a max of 3 diet drinks *and no other sweeteners at all* per day.
