    Yeah Dont Agree 100% with this video infos!! Canola oil is not a excellent oil!! Saturated Fats r excellent like butter, lard, beef stout, coconut oil, cacao oil, because they r stable even when cooked!! Flax seed oil is ok in small quantities but raw!! Never Never Cook with vegetable oils like olive or sunflower or flax!! they go rancid!!

    Video is still a bit off. Whole grains are not excellent carbs (increases insulin a lot, makes LDL small dense and deadly, increases triglycerides), saturated fats are excellent fats (makes LDL fluffy and large, hard to oxidize). Terrible fats are crazy vegetable oils that are relatively new, trans fats, and some fats that are healthy cool like olive oil become unhealthy and rancid if cooked.

    I agree, I went on the akins diet and lost 14 pounds two years ago, and I kept the weight off. You have to control your carb intake to make it work.
