i workout nearly everyday I try to span it out everyother day what can i do on the inbetween days?
how do you count your reps on med ball russian twist press? is it every time you bring the ball above your head?

what if you dont have a kettle bell for the x swings? what should i use

@sandro8114 14 is a bit young for doing strenuous weight training. I would suggest sticking to only bodyweight movements for another year or so
@JDCav24 im kind a 14 and isnt this perilous for me?
and one more i have to admit im 14 and i wanna have excellent muscles so is this perilous fore me?
