Incredible documentary. Well and to the point. Loved it.
LOVE THE IRON IS WHAT BODYBUILDING IS ALL ABOUT. simply noone can know this, the bite of the iron bug once bitten is there for LIFE. BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS is what bodybuilding is all about, and this guy expressed it well.
Shame he did it at the cost of his religion, nothing should come before Islam

@ilucdkmylove Yes, we are Lions in our own country and where ever we migrate to…Afghans had many years of war with the most powerfullest military nations of its era’s just like today, this is why Afghanistan has a valid excuse for an uncivilized country. But, whats your excuse? Let me see your country get bombed for 37 + years. Really, you wont even last not even 1-2 years of war against powerful nations, just like Iraq you will give up!

when i say arab I mean gulf arabs generally, you’re probably lebanese,syrian or something, they’re cool people.
the sport of bodybuilding is a warriors pilgremage. these men deserve all the food in america for their honor and dedication to the finest sport in the world
