Clear & simple

I really like this product.. super simple to use, clear pictures.. and fantastic thoughts for complete workouts.
It has what it has to have!

Brilliant book! This is what I was looking for: open and do. The exercises are very creative, very excellent, the book has tips on every page and also at the end there is a full program for beginners. You can perfectly use the book to exercise at home or at the gym (I do both). I am not a beginner and I found lots of exercises I have not seen before, they break the routine of my workouts and stimulate my muscles after the exersises they are used to. Just one small suggestion:the book should be in a ring binder form.
Only one misstep but otherwise excellent workout book

I need to spice up my workout routine and this really helped. I delight in the workouts they place together in the end combined with cardio and also the freedom to make your own. My only annoyance with the book is that I wished they had place page numbers on the exercises listed in the combined workouts in the last few chapters so I dont have to go back looking for them in the book – would make things much simpler.
Fantastic PICS!!!

I bought 3 books and I am most pleased with this one. It’s fantastic if you are already familiar with working out. It helped me add new things to my workout. Highly recommend it to change up your routine.
Fantastic book.

I delight in this book. It is encouraging me to vary my workout and try different things. Brilliant.
Fantastic Resource

This book is fantastic. This is the book to get if you are not really sure about what to do in a gym or at home. I also suggest this book to any new trainers that are looking for excellent workouts to use with clients as you learn program design. It’s also fantastic for more experienced trainers to use on those days when you are drawing a blank on what to do or you need to give a client a workout to do on their own for one reason or another.
Another Better Book Than 101 Workouts for Women
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
There is another even better book than 101 Workouts for Women. It is called Ultimate Body Book by Shape Magazine. It has many more exercises (all color photos), extremely useful information and facts and also a section full of recipes. Buy the Ultimate Body Book (by Shape Magazine) or borrow it from the library first. I would rate the Ultimate Body Book 5 out of 5 stars.

The book is well illustrated with nice glossy pictures and the layout is well organized. But that is what one comes to expect from the 101 Series.
Fantastic gift !

I’m a Personal Trainer and I have given this book to many of my female clients as a motivational gift after they have shown perseverence. It is full of fantastic workout thoughts and relatively inexpensive. The many different models means everyone can identify with someone..As a trainer it has helped me with exercises when thoughts just seem to dry up.
One of the best weight training books I’ve seen
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This book has over 200 different exercises, divided into sections addressing different muscle groups. It’s fantastic for beginners trying to figure out their own exercise regime, but it’s also very useful for advanced folks that want to spice up their routines. The book has about 20-30 pages at the back addressing suggestions for supersets on different muscle groups. If the book had another chapter on suggested workout programmes, it would have been an awesome book; as is, it’s just a fantastic book. All in all though, one of the best workout books I’ve seen out there.
Fantastic!

This book has some fantastic pictures and explanations. I like to lift weights and bought this book to learn new lifts and see the proper technique.
This book is kicking me into shape
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This book is so excellent that I am sometimes worried to use it. I have several workout books that I use to just go along on autopilot and not give up on my workout too early (or get so carried away that I never want to return to the gym), and this book is really the toughest. The workouts are all simple enough to accomplish, but every one of them really burns the next day. The best thing about this book is that there really are 101 workouts! This is a perfect book for people who are looking for toning-up workout programs that really work.
Fantastic book
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’ve been using this book for the last 11 weeks and I am so pleased with it . I’ve always been into fitness and have been a runner for many years, but despite my hard work I have never acheived the overall toned look I wanted simply because I lacked the know how. Well, I just had my 3rd baby 3 1/2 months ago and let me tell you, I am so pleased with the results. Granted I still have a ways to go, but I feel strong and look pretty excellent. If you combine this book with cardio as it suggests, I just don’t see how you can go incorrect. What a fantastic book!
Awesome book!
Awesome book for girls who workout and need a new routine.

My ancient routine was getting real dull so I bought this book and I like it! It gives you many workouts for each body part (abs, biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, chest, legs), and then gives combo workouts. The pictures are fantastic. I want my body to look like those girls’ but I don’t see that hapenning anytime soon
This book has it all!

I got tired of my weight lifting routine. I needed some new thoughts.
This “101 Workouts for Women” is fantastic! It gives me more of an incentive and new thoughts to keep up my daily exercise without boredom. They also have
a version for Men. My husband bought it. They both are worth the money!
